• After logging in, you will see an option named Shifting of residence/correction of entries in existing electoral roll/replacement of EPIC/marking of PwD.

• Now you have to click on that option, after that Fill Form 8 .

• After uploading the document, you will have to submit it by clicking on the submit button.
• Now your amendment application has been made. Now the information given by you will be verified, after that your amendment will be done.
